AMG Organic Imports was created by owners Marco and Alejandra Ferreira. They were inspired by their love of a good glass of merlot and their desire to provide wine that is good for the planet, your body, and especially your palate.

AMG Organic Imports invites sophisticated palates, unsophisticated palates, or just curious palates to experience the purity of organic wines. AMG imports wine from the best organic wineries in Chile and Argentina. Wines are handpicked for taste, quality, and integrity. Marco and Alejandra have gathered a unique selection of wines with the purpose of providing every customer with the right wine, whether it’s for a special occasion, a specific meal, or a quiet evening by the fire.

About US

Marco and Alejandra are from Chile, where wine is part of the everyday culture. They believe that wine is connected with nature. Grapes grown with chemicals compromise the structure, taste, and soul of the wine. Good wine cannot be clouded by pesticides and preservatives. The palate should experience organic wine –the way nature intended.

Marco is a passionate wine collector with a knowledge of wines from all over the world. He searches for wines with character and a sense of place, and these are the wines he’s chosen to share with his clients.

Alejandra’s business and sales background adds a professionalism to the business that guarantees customers get the best products at the best prices from a knowledgeable and passionate business team.

James W. Imports, a new division of Hensley Beverage Company, is a wine importer and distributor based in Phoenix, Arizona.  Named after our founder, James W. Hensley, we are comprised of a distinct sales team focused solely on wine, ensuring wine expertise all the while embracing the reliability & great customer service that for 55 years has been synonymous with the Hensley name.

At James W. Imports we believe in wines with integrity and authenticity.  We have traveled thousands of miles and have worked diligently to navigate the sea of wines out there, to bring to our customers wines that speak of their makers and of the soils from which the grapes grow.  Our portfolio represents some of the most sought after small family producers, as well as some of the best values from their respective regions within France, Italy and the USA. As the direct importer and distributor, we are able to offer our wines to the market at a significantly lower price, and because we work with the wineries directly, we have developed strong relationships, ensuring the authenticity and value of the wines.

It was founded in 2003 by Miami, Fl wellness marketing entrepreneur Gabriel Mendoza founder of www.youngarmy.com. After a couple of years researching South American sustainable vineyards we became the first company in South Florida to market, distribute, and position several award winning brands of organic wines into Wild Oats, Whole Foods, Publix and local wine bars, hotels, and restaurants.
